My name is Costel Serbea and after graduating from the US Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science  in Systems Engineering, I had the priviledge to lead sailors around the world in Maritime Interdiction and Counter Piracy Operations. Best job in the world !!!

 Following my naval career, I had the opportunity to play with some seriously massive and wicked fast industrial robots. We integrated robotic plasma cutting and welding cells enabling the kind of flexible automation and production throughput previously unattainable with conventional tools.

Passionate about enabling organizations to grow, I pursued my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sauder School of Business, at the University of British Columbia, Canada. 

With over fifteen years of experience in manufacturing and construction, I am dedicated to optimizing organizational performance. I levearge Lean and Theory of Constraints, combined with a strong emphasis on data-driven operations to move the needle in the modular construction industry.
