My name is Costel Serbea, and after graduating from the US Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, I had the privilege to lead sailors around the world in Maritime Interdiction and Counter Piracy Operations as an operations executive. It truly was the best job in the world, especially while implementing Lean Modular strategies to enhance efficiency!
Following my naval career, I had the opportunity to work as an operations executive with some seriously massive and wicked fast industrial robots. We integrated Lean Modular robotic plasma cutting and welding cells, enabling the kind of flexible automation and production throughput that was previously unattainable with conventional tools.
Passionate about enabling organizations to grow, I pursued my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, Canada, where I focused on Lean Modular strategies as an operations executive.
With over fifteen years of experience as an operations executive in manufacturing and construction, I am dedicated to optimizing organizational performance. I leverage Lean Modular principles and the Theory of Constraints, combined with a strong emphasis on data-driven operations, to effectively move the needle in the modular construction industry.
